Baked Salmon With Spinach and Feta

Dinner last night was amazing.

One of my goals lately has been to add more omega-3 fatty acids to my diet.

I love Salmon, but I definitely don’t eat it enough! I only eat wild caught seafood, so it’s a little expensive, but it’s delicious and the health benefits outweigh the price tag.

Although Salmon can deliver a tasty punch without any special sauces or seasonings, the feta cheese in this dish brought it to the next level.

Seriously though, can you think of a better way to add flavor to a dish?

Salty cheese is the way to go!

Mmmm…

Do you like Salmon?

love salmon! we’re lucky in that we live 5 minutes from a local produce/seafood place where i can get wild alaskan king salmon for usually $13.99/lb. That’s like a steal!

This sounds delicious. Spinach and feta is one of my favorite flavor combinations.

That’s my favorite way to make salmon at home! The only thing that can compare is when it’s cooked on a maple or cedar plank, but I haven’t tried that other than at restaurants.

Salmon is my favorite seafood (so far haha). The first way I ever tried it was baked and I love it cooked that way! This sounds amazing with that mixture on top. :)

I am not a salmon fan, but would love to do this with chicken. I love the combo of spinach and feta. Might toss some lemon in there too!

I definitely need to work some more omega-3s into my diet. I used to be a pretty regular fish eater, but since I prefer not to eat farm raised fish and I’m working on a pretty limited income (yay college! Haha) I rarely ever have fish anymore. I love love love salmon, though, and could probably use to suck it up and buy some when I can find it for a decent price.

Love it! But only wild, like you got. I just found a recipe for cedar plank salmon in the slow cooker which I’m going to try this weekend

I freaking LOVE salmon!! I’m a huge seafood fan, and salmon is def my favorite. great source of Omega 3′s! I try to eat it once a week actually, which means I’ll have to try combining it w/ feta & spinach (especially cuz mine on thursday was NOT as delicious as yours lol!)

I am not a fan of salmon at all. I really wish I could get myself to like it but I’m just more of a white fish person. :)
