When I asked Heather this morning what she wanted for breakfast (I actually had a heart attack when she said she didn’t want cereal), she instantly requested waffles.
We used Hodgson Mill Gluten Free Pancake and Waffle Mix (with chia seeds added in)
The mix was actually pretty good. The waffles were light and fluffy, but still pretty filling without being wheaty or grainy.
- Organic honey
- Organic strawberry jam
- Chunky peanut butter
- Organic cherry vanilla peanut butter
- Organic maple syrup
- Organic bananas
By the way, this peanut butter
makes me swoon (Heather apparently doesn’t swoon) is magical.
