I’ve been to this restaurant once before, but it was my mom and dads first time trying it out. I knew they’d like it!
To start, we split the ripe plum tomato flatbread, with fresh basil, roasted garlic and melted parmesan cheese.
The slices were thin and crispy, just the way I like my pizza. It was perfect for an appetizer!
Next was the soup and salad portion.
I ordered the organic arugula salad with goat cheese, grilled golden beets, and toasted pistachios.
My mom ordered the organic baby spinach salad with raspberries, toasted pine nuts, and crumbled gorgonzola cheese.
My dad ordered the farmer’s market vegetable soup.
I can’t vouch for the other appetizers, but my arugula salad was delicious. The grilled beets were simply amazing.
For dinner, I ordered the organic cedar plank roasted Salmon with whole-roasted sweet carrots, fresh asparagus, and red bliss potatoes.
OMG. Amazing.
My mom ordered the Arctic char special that was served over risotto.
My dad ordered the oak-grilled filet mignon with yukon gold garlic mashed potatoes, fresh vegetables, and roasted mushrooms.
No complaints here! My dish was delicious and my parents really seemed to enjoy theirs as well.
Everything was 100% satisfactory and it was a great way to end a hectic week.
Bring on the weekend!

Your pictures don’t seem to be showing up for me.
This post reminds me that I need to go to Seasons 52. I haven’t been in probably more than a year even though there are two of them here in ATL.

When I was in college, I took a restaurant management class and one of the restaurants we studied about was Seasons 52. I’ve been wanting to go ever since! But unfortunately they don’t have one in Boston. I think I need to campaign for one to be up here.

i’ve been MIA lately, but hope the new job is going well!
I’m not normally a chain restaurant person, but I love Seasons. They are so consistent and I love the seasonal menu. Their pork dish is one of my favorites. Did you get the mini-desserts too? My favorite is the chocolate PB.

Matt – I have heard your name twice in the past week, once from Clare at Fitting It All In and also from Katy Widrick who mentioned your Fitbloggin presentation on her blog today. I met both of these ladies this past weekend at HLS.
Back to the reason I am posting… I have been wanting to try Seasons 52 for over a month now and you have convinced me that I need to try it SOON. The food looks amazing, thanks for posting some enticing photos.
