Indian food. Yum.
Honestly, I’m not an adventurous eater. I tend to cook the same foods and go to the same restaurants week after week, but I have no problem with that. I know what I like and I stick with it!
A month or two ago, I discovered a really good Indian restaurant that’s fairly close to my apartment. I went one day after tennis to pick up some dinner and I’ve been hooked ever since!
Right now, I’m trying to cut back on a few things, so I’m only eating out a restaurants that serve food that I can’t make at home, unless I’m going out with a friend. Indian food isn’t something that I feel comfortable cooking, so I have no problem paying for it every once and awhile.
Last night, I met one of my friends for dinner. Of course I suggested Indian food!
I’m an Indian food newbie, so I stuck with my staple, Chana Masala.

I’ve actually only ordered a few different Indian dishes:
- Chana Masala
- Aloo Gobi
- Palak Paneer
- Chicken Tikka
- Vegetable Korma
I’ve loved all of them, but my heart belongs to Naan. I think I could eat a basket of this and be perfectly happy!

It also makes the perfect meal to have leftovers the next day for lunch! Speaking of that, it’s lunch time…
Do you like Indian food? Are you an adventurous eater?

The only thing I eat at Indian places is Naan and chickpeas. That’s all you need!

LOVE indian food! And it is darn near impossible to make it anywhere near as good as they make it at restaurants.
One of my favorites is anything tikka masala! It’s a tomato curry sauce that, in my opinion, is outstanding.

I have only had Indian food once and it was not a good experience. The chicken was super dry. I need to find a good place to give it another go!

I’ve only had indian food in disney!! I liked it, but it was a bit too spicy. I LOVE trying new foods, so I love to be adventurous!
I tend to stick with the same foods, but I like trying something new now and then. I’ve been to a couple middle eastern restaurants, but not specifically Indian. Haha naan is amazing.

I adore indian food, definitely one of my favorite ethnic cuisines. While I like all of the dishes you mentioned, I have to say that, by far, my favorite indian dish is Chana Saag. Chickpeas and Spinach. It seems to be a bit difficult to find, but if you can, it’s amazing!

Indian food is the JAM. Looks amazing.
When I go out, I usually order one of two things: Vegetable Poriyal or Okra Masala. Both are OUT of this world!

I’d say I’m a pretty adventurous eater. I’ve eaten everything from seaweed to frog’s legs to lamb testicles!
I’ve actually never had Indian food though! I’ve always been unsure if I can eat it because of my nut allergies. And I recently discovered I’m allergic to one of the spices in curry powder, so that’s going to make it even harder for me to be able to try it!

i haven’t really tried any indian dishes except chicken tikki masala, which was a bit too heavy for me. i agree with you, my heart belongs to naan. i’ve had garlic naan before and felt like i’d died and gone to heaven.

Indian is one of my faves, all the dishes are so flavorful & full of spices. I tend to get the curry on the side though cause sometimes they can be really hot! Still, I love Indian food!
I think I could eat thai and indian food every night of the week. Oh and maybe a steak on Friday.
The only thing is that I cannot cook either (besides a steak) to save my life especially thai food. I’m beginning to think they have some cooking power I don’t know about!
