I was recently sent a bottle of Garlic Gold Balsamic Vinaigrette dressing to try out.

Our Garlic Gold® Classic Balsamic Vinaigrette is a fabulous blend of pure, organic extra virgin olive oil mixed with cask-aged organic balsamic vinegar of Modena. We added organic Italian seasonings, sea salt and organic black pepper. Magnifico! This versatile vinaigrette adds great taste to salads; try it drizzled on a caprese salad, or mixed into a pasta salad. Use it as a dipping sauce for artichokes, veggies and bread, or try it as a marinade for steaks, chicken, green beans, beets and mozzarella.
I’ve had intentions to get this review up for quite some time, but it sort of slipped my mind for a few weeks. Oops!
I first tried this dressing a few weeks ago and I was beyond impressed. The ingredients are spectacular (simple and all organic). It’s basically a mix of pure, organic extra virgin olive oil (infused with organic garlic) and organic cask-aged balsamic vinegar from Modena. The flavor is taken up a notch with organic Italian seasonings, sea salt and organic black pepper.
This is just like a salad dressing that I would make in my own kitchen, but I get out of doing the dishes
Since I loved the balsamic dressing so much, I ended up purchasing a bottle of the Meyer Lemon Vinaigrette from Tina on OpenSky.

The Balsamic Vinaigrette was definitely my favorite, but I’m addicted to balsamic vinegar, so that is a no brainer. It was perfect on a salad, but it also makes a great dip for a piece of crusty bread.
In addition to salads, I’ve also been adding it to my roasted vegetables.
I simply roasted some sweet potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and rosemary. When they were finished, I drizzled them with some Meyer Lemon Vinaigrette.
It was freaking delicious.
Bottom line: If you are a sucker for garlic like I am, then this dressing is a must try. This stuff is major crack in a bottle.
