Despite the madness of last week, I’m happy to report that I kept my composure and finished the week off with a bang. Honestly, it felt like an emotional rollercoaster, but I finally have it behind me.
Do you ever have one of those days when you wake up and feel like a giant weight has been lifted off your shoulders?
I felt like that today and it was very satisfying. I have a sudden burst of motivation to get out there and make this a great week. Let’s hope I don’t lose steam by Friday!
I have a few exciting things coming up this week as well. Maybe that has something to do with it. I can’t release any details yet, but I’ll be sure to let you guys know if something happens.
I also have a great workout schedule planned to keep me on track:
Monday: 8 mile run with hill intervals (done)
Tuesday: Spin class + weights and core work
Wednesday: Running + PM tennis
Thursday: Spin class + PM tennis
Friday: Easy run + weights and core work
Saturday: No idea
Sunday: No idea + PM tennis

Great workouts! I’m jealous of your tennis time. I need to find a buddy to hit with here. The weather is perfect for it!

I miss spin! I need to take it soon for sure.
Your workout schedule is almost identical to mine! I love alternating running and spin classes, and squeeze in weights and core wherever I can. Glad you feel the weight lifted!

That’s a serious week of workouts! If I’m ever in your part of the country I’m challenging you to a tennis match.
