After a relaxing weekend (which was WAY too short), it’s time to get back to the daily grind. Actually, I really don’t mind it. I like my job and everything is going really well lately!
Dining al fresco will be missed
1. It’s now Fall, which is also known as the unofficial end of summer. Although it’s tough to give up the wonderful summer produce, outdoor BBQ’s, and iced coffee, it’s time for a change.
On the other hand, Fall is my absolute favorite time of year and I’m looking forward to apple season, wearing jeans and a hoodie, and my electricity bill being significantly lower.
2. After 5 days of running in a row, I had a really good session on the spin bike this morning.
Oh man that felt good to sweat it out this morning. FYI, you can read about how I do my spin workouts on this post.
Since it’s pitch black in the mornings now when I workout, most of my workouts are indoors. Riding in the dark? I’m not sure I’m read for that yet…
3. This stuff is CRACK.
Please take this away from me so I stop eating it with a spoon.
4. I consider myself very computer savvy, but the new Facebook makes my head hurt.

5. In 10 days, I get to see my special someone.
