#PhotoADayMay: Weather

by Matt on May 28, 2012

Someone save me from this heat!

Actually, as a native Texan, the heat doesn’t bother me that much. It’s just one of those things you get used to after awhile.

How’s the weather in your neck of the woods?

Well here it is summer and we love this kind of season especially the kids who would want to play outside always and go to beach as well..

A weather warning means people have seen the actual approaching storm, a watch is merely to keep your eyes peeled for an approaching storm and an advisory is conditions are just right fro a storm. Three ways to prove that meteorologists should be called weather guessers..

“It’s not the heat, it’s the humidity!” (Okay, it’s the heat, too.)

It’s been pretty bad here in NYC lately — on account of it being so early to hit the 80s — but I sure don’t envy you down there! I’m spending most of next week in rural Virginia, though, so I’ll get a little taste of that southern heatspitality on my morning runs myself, I ‘spect.

Stay cool out there, man!

I don’t mind the heat at all but here in CT ppl complain about it constantly. Kinda drives me mad!! Be grateful it’s not winter!

Happy Belated Birthday.

There was a horrible heat streak this past weekend, but it’s dipped down to the 60s for now so I’m happy. I wouldn’t mind the heat so much if it wasn’t humid. I need to get out of the Midwest.
