How’s everyones week going so far?
It’s been great over here! Things have been super busy, but that’s just how I like it. I have a lot of eciting things coming up, including a move to a new apartment, so I’m pretty excited for the upcoming months.
Other than that, things have been pretty much been the same old same old. You know what I mean. Work, running, tennis, and everything in between.
Last weekend, I celebrated Easter with my mom, dad, sister, and her boyfriend at Nosh European Bistro in Dallas.
It was so good!
They had a three course pre fixe menu that included an appetizer, entree, and dessert.
I ended up getting:
Slice of Baby Ice: creamy blue, apple wood bacon, tomatoes & candied pecans
Red Fish Tacos: cabbage slaw, arugula, mango & smoked paprika cream
Apple Tarte Tatin: Tahitian vanilla bean ice cream
It was basically amazing. How did you celebrate Easter?
Some other things that I’m loving…

Ataulfo Mangoes (for the record, that price is for a case!)
Salmon salad for lunch (this was amazing)
New favorite! No explanation needed

Breakfast of champions
And back to work I go…

I’m loving Justin’s Maple Almond Nut Butter – sooo good. Basically on everything, but lately, on strawberries.
Sounds like an amazing meal!

I honestly don’t think I’ve ever put salmon in a salad. I have no idea why though LOL.

all the things you’re loving look amazing to me as well, kinda with the exception of the mangos b/c i don’t really like mangos particularly, unless they are with other stuff in mango salsa!

I love your bfast of champions. Its def. a winner!! I celebrated Easter with the north of my new niece Aubrey Faith! She was born the Thursday before Easter, so she’s our little Easter baby! On Easter I celebrated the resurrection of Jesus, good food, and a great run. So blessed and so glad He’s coming again!! Hope the Easter bunny came to visit you and brought you some yummy nut butter.
I’ve never tried MaraNatha’s peanut butter but I LOVE their almond butter! It’s so much more reasonably priced than other brands.

Glad that you enjoyed the Easter brunch. We enjoyed it too.
Now I want pancakes.
The menu sounds great. We had a casual family dinner for Easter with grilled food and stuff. I think we usually play a game of croquet, but we didn’t this time.
