Whew! Another week in the books!
Last week flew by, but the end was a little shaky. I came down with a cold on Friday and Saturday, but luckily, it bit the dust and I feel great today.
I’m still trying to determine if it was a combination of sleep deprivation and allergies or a small cold. Hmmm…
Did you miss anything last week?

Cycling: 2:00 (hours:minutes)
Tennis: X4

Another great week on the workout front! Don’t I say that every week?
Now that it’s getting warmer again, I’m definitely starting to settle into a routine. Running or cross training in the morning and tennis at night. I wouldn’t have it any other way!
I wish there was a way that I could play tennis in the morning before work. Unfortunately, tennis requires another individual in order to practice and I don’t know many people that want to play at 6 AM. Although I’m normally ready to start my day before the sun rises, not many people can say the same thing.
How was your week on the fitness front?

Great job on the fitness. My week in fitness was awful last week. I was resting from my race, and the time off was driving me nuts.

I can’t believe you still got that much exercise in with a cold! I’m going with sleep deprivation as the culprit.
Hope you’re feeling back to 100% soon! That grilled cheese should help.
I’m totally gonna get me some tennis equipment for the spring. I’m gonna look a hot mess trying to play, but ehhhh. So what.

just keep pounding back the kombucha’s, you’ll be 100% in no time!
Glad the weather is cooperating, it’s warming up here too so I’ve been having a blast taking my bike off the trainer and outside for my afternoon workout!!

Love all the tennis. Can’t wait until the weather is semi-warm again here so I can do more outside. I definitely don’t live in my ideal climate LOL.

After an awful month, I finally had a great training week with swimming, cross country skiing and even treadmill running! The plan was to bike on my trainer as well but I just couldn’t bring myself to do it. Finished the week by learning that as an athlete (at least) I’m a mental wreck!
