Hmm… Not a whole lot to say about last week.
It was pretty low key for me. Nothing exciting happened, but sometimes that’s just the way I like it. Like I always say, simple is the best!

Running: 49.9 miles
Spinning: 90 minutes
Tennis: X2
Strength and Core: X3
And yet again, it’s the same old same old.
I’m definitely in a workout rut, but I’m OK with it. As long as I’m getting in quality workouts (which I am) and I feel like I’m improving in some way each week, that’s good enough for me!
How was your week last week?

I have been LOVING the new bodypump mix. So it’s kinda awesome.

You must have put thyme on my brain because I bought a bunch at the market this weekend. About to use it in a mushroom sauce for lunch!
I’m still digging the Body Rock workouts. The one I did this morning kicked my butt in 30 mins! I many have added a round or two to make it harder.
Agreed… simple is best! I think you have a good idea of how my week was haha
FYI that granola looks amazing.

You say you’re in a workout rut, but wow, you’re pretty darn great at working out from the looks of it! I get bored with my workouts from time to time too…This may be a lame suggestion for a guy, but have you tried vinyasa or bikram yoga? Great for core strength and gets your sweat dripping all over the place…also awesome for flexibility – since you do so much running, you’d probably benefit from getting that IT band loosened up
