#Whole30 Day3

Day three is complete! I’m 1/10th done!

Notes from the day:

  • I had a lot more energy than yesterday
  • My stomach is still adjusting, but it feels a little bit more normal
  • My poop was darker brown than normal (TMI?)
  • Running felt really easy
  • I’m starting to like almond butter almost as much as peanut butter
  • I had trouble falling asleep last night, but no problems getting up
  • I”m addicted to coconut butter

I don’t have a lot of time tonight, but I’ll do a quick run down of my meals.

Sleep

7.5ish hours

Workout

Easy 6 miles this AM; PM tennis lesson

Pre-workout: Homemade cashew cookie larabar (addicted!)

Breakfast: Three scrambled eggs with leftover sweet potato and roasted veggies; Banana with way too much almond butter

I should stop eating it out of the jar…

Lunch: Baby spinach salad with salmon, hard boiled egg, tomatoes, avocado, walnuts, and roasted baby carrots (random); Fuji apple

Snack: Two dates with cashew butter; handful of cashews

Dinner: Fish “tacos”

Tennis time!

Wow I would kill for some of those fish tacos right now!! Oh wait, I would also kill for that lunch of yours! What a delicious day! Very jealous!

Coconut butter is divine, isn’t it?!? :) And once almond butter grows on you, you’ll never give it up! Fish tacos are one of my very favorite meals . . . looks fantastic!
